Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. After launch — 14 days free on any plan. Right now, you can join the waitlist and get 3 months free as an early adopter.
Can we switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade is possible at any time — the difference is prorated. Downgrade takes effect on the next billing cycle.
How is employee count calculated?
We count active employees in your connected HRIS. Terminated employees and those on leave are not counted. If you exceed the limit — automatic upgrade or you can exclude some departments.
What counts as a "data source"?
One source = one integration. For example: BambooHR = 1, Google Calendar = 1, Slack = 1. CSV import counts as 1 source.
Are there discounts for startups/nonprofits?
If you're an early adopter, join the waitlist. We'll share any launch offers and discounts with the early access cohort.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank transfer. For Enterprise — invoice with payment terms. All prices in USD.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly billing is 20% more than annual. Cancel anytime, paid month is non-refundable.
What if it doesn't work for us?
During early access, you can cancel anytime. We'll keep onboarding lightweight and ask for feedback to ensure it's a fit.
